Investment Services Widget Updates

We hope you are as excited about our transition to CUNA Brokerage Services as we are. We know that partnering with CUNA will help create great opportunities for our members and hopefully make our first-class investment services even better.

With this transition comes change in the way you can access the service. Starting at 5 p.m. on July 19, the current Investment Services widget on Online Banking will change to correspond with our switch in providers. The widget will now take you to the CUNA Brokerage website, where you can log in to access your account. This site will use the same username and password you used to access the CUSO Services website.

Check Out the Latest Upgrades to Online and Mobile Banking

This morning, we released some exciting updates to Online and Mobile Banking. The transfer system has seen a big overhaul and we’ve added increased accessibility functions to the house to make sure all members have equal access to our products.

Here are some of the new features you can enjoy:

• You can now customize your amount totals on the Quick Transfer tabs.
• The “To,” “From” and “Amount” boxes move with your page as your scroll.
• A Remember Transfer Tap that makes it easy to repeat transfers you’ve already made in Online Banking.
• An activity feed was added to the Classic Transfer tab to make it easier to track your transactions.
• We removed the “Retry” option on the History tab to make it less likely a mistake is made.
• A thorough confirmation process before sending a transfer to ensure accurate transactions are made.
• General updates to accessibility like text alternatives, options to make it easier to see and hear content, updates to the settings to meet Web Content Accessibility Guidelines, and much more.
• The ability to reset their passwords on iPhones and Androids.
• An option to subscribe and unsubscribe to eStatements from Mobile Banking.

We’re always working to improve Online and Mobile Banking. More updates are on the way, so keep an eye out for the next round of improvements.

How do we know you’re a fan of Educators Credit Union? Because you’ve been telling all your friends and family about us!

Telling the world about Educators is truly the greatest compliment you can give the credit union. To thank you for all the kind words, we’re giving you and the person you referred $80 or $100 when they open an account^1.

When a new Educators member comes in to open an account, just mention your name to start qualifying for the incentive. When opening the new account, it must include checking and a net direct deposit of at least $200. Check all those boxes and you both get $80²!

If the new member also applies for a loan or credit card and closes within 14 days of opening their account, you both get $100³.

It’s just our way of thanking you for telling everyone that you’re a fan.

¹Each referral is only eligible for the $80 or $100 referral incentive. The incentive cannot be combined with other offers. The account must be in good standing with the credit union to qualify.
